Delivery Protection
In case a parcel is confirmed lost by Australia post, we will resend items free of charge (or a refund subject to product availability). For items damaged in transit, buyer please send them back and we will send replacement once return received.

Delivery Time
Orders are processed on next business day after payment received. Please allow 3 to 14 business days for deliveries within Australia. Any additional delivery costs incurred by incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Buyer will be paid for by the Buyer. Please double check your delivery details and ensure it is correct.

Returns & Replacements
At Coolxbest, we will cover all postage to replace your item if it is dead on arrival. In order to take advantage of this offer, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will give you a reply paid address for returning the item. If you request a refund, the initial postage will not be refunded in any circumstances but you can still use our reply paid address to return your DOA item. For general warranty claims within warranty period, customer will be responsible for postage to send back the item and we will pay postage to send the replacement to you. If you are having problems, please read the instruction manual carefully or email us for tech support. Any returned products found to have no fault will incur a $15 handling fee and you will need to pay for all incurred postages.
